Events are scheduled between 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Pricing subject to change. Facility fees and food & beverage minimums vary by space and duration.

Ceremonies take place outdoors in one of our beautiful settings:
- Creekside Patio — Alongside Soquel Creek
- Redwood Patio — Overlooks the fully heated Chef’s Herb Garden
- Rock Room Lounge — Serves as our indoor location (Mon-Thur October 15 Thru May 15)
- Owner’s Private Reserve — 9–16 guests. Wheelchair accessible to room. Ceremony on Redwood Patio. Varying availability.
- Redwood Room — Up to 22 guests with a Sweetheart Table. Ceremony on Redwood Patio. Some stairs.
- Wine Cellar — Up to 37 guests with a Sweetheart table. Ceremony on Creekside Patio. Some stairs.
- Green House — 38–60 guests with a Sweetheart table (or up to 100 when combined with Wine Cellar). Ceremony on Creekside Patio. Some stairs.
- Green House & Wine Cellar Combined — Up to 100 guests (minimum final count 61+). Weekdays only.
Rehearsal Dinners
Shadowbrook is ideal for intimate rehearsal dinners the night before your wedding. Rehearsals are typically scheduled between 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM (wedding party presence required). Contact us to create a custom menu and bar setup for your group.

Planning Your Day

- 11:30 AM — Ceremony
- 12:00 PM — Hors d’oeuvres and cocktails
- 12:45 PM — Seated meal
- 3:30 PM — Dessert
- 5:00 PM — Departure
Music, décor, and included amenities details follow here (acoustic only outdoors, etc.)
- Deposits required; cancellation policies apply
- 23% service charge plus applicable sales tax
- No outside alcohol except wine (corkage fee applies)
- No rice, birdseed, or confetti
- Limited wheelchair access in some spaces due to stairs
- All events are semi-private
